Magnificent Citrus Moon over Toronto

February's moonrise is known as the snow moon or hunger moon. After seeing this moon rise I think it should have been renamed to citrus moon for its blood orange colour. When it peaked out from behind the buildings we couldn't believe the colour of it. Serendipitous that the CN Tower was lit purple to complement the colour of the moon. AWEsome sight.
