Ugly Duckling

It was a still morning when I caught the mute swan reflected in Lake Ontario. I thought a high key edit may bring out the reflection more and was immediately reminded of a childhood fable about the ugly duckling. We see a beautiful graceful swan but does she see what is reflected back at her? I think a good parable, what others see is not always how we see ourselves.
